Healthy Brain and Intuition Power

Intuition As a Sustainable Business Advantage

Intuition is gaining new respect lately as a business Smart Skill. It turns out too much knowledge can often be an impediment to innovation. And with computers outperforming human brains, it’s turning out that we can create a lot of value by mining some of our subtler skills, like intuition.

Recently French architect Jean-Pierre Houdin put forward a new theory on how the great pyramid may have been constructed from the inside out, which credibly challenged both major existing theories. He developed his theory after following a flash of intuition that his father, also an engineer, had received.
The use of intuition as a business tool has been undervalued in the past because of it’s intractability. Linkages between intuitive insight and their outcomes have been ambiguous and hard to trace. Yet, evidence continues to accumulate where intuition has played an important role in the development of new products, discoveries, and inventions, extending sales and customer relationships. Business moguls like Oprah, Donald Trump and many CEO’s, cite good intuition as a major factor in their success.

Studies done 20 years ago by academic Weston Agor on CEO’s to see whether they relied on intuition in making business decisions. It turned out that 80% of them relied on intuition before making an important decision, but they all thought the other CEO’s didn’t. Other studies done by then Harvard Business Review editor, Daniel Isenberg, found that if a decision involved high stakes or was complex, intuition was the preferred used to unravel the problem.

Sharpen Your Intuition

Your intuition is a shortcut to productivity, insight, knowledge, innovation, and decision-making. So how do you harness your intuition ?

You Have The Ability To Solve Problems Instantly

Have you ever looked at a problem and known the root cause and the solution – instantly – without research ? You’ve been taught to distrust that inner voice, right ? So you test your intuition with empirical trial and your intuition is usually right, isn’t it?

You have the ability to solve problems instantly if you trust yourself. We all do. So how do we harness the power of our inner creator – the voice that cuts through all the bullshit and tells us the truth ?

Six Ways to Strengthen Your Intuition

1. Use your natural empathy
Imagine yourself in someone else’s shoes. Better yet go experience what they’re experiencing. If you are working a helpdesk and someone calls from the factory floor complaining about the speed of the printer, don’t sit at your monitor looking at graphs and metrics. Get off your ass and go down to floor and see what’s going on. Go feel their pain! Get your whole self involved it will strengthen your intuition. Great battlefield generals know this. Get out of your bunker and ride up to the front line and see it, feel it, and act on it. Experience what others are experiencing.

2. Allow yourself to feel your fear and flow past it
You don’t like fear do you? I don’t either. But most of us will have to live with it and find a way to make it our friend instead of our enemy. Unless you are superman and have transcended fear, you’ll have to find a way to harness it for good intent. Fear blocks intuition and is strengthened when we resist it. Allow yourself to feel your fear. Don’t resist any part of it. Don’t bury it. Focus directly upon it and ride it through to the end. You will come out the other side stronger with more clarity. Allowing yourself to feel your fear strengthens your intuition because it teaches you to listen to you inner world and accept it for what it is instead of fighting it.

Paranormal Psychic

There are many ways we perceive things we see reflections all around us. What is normal ? What is not normal / abnormal ? What is beyond normal ? These are the questions that a paranormal psychic deals with.

Seeking out the limits of normality and overcoming them is a main part of being psychic. If we perceive something usual, it's normal. If we perceive something not usual, then it's not normal. 'Paranormal' is just a fancy way of saying 'beyond normal', for things that boggle our minds.

Labels like that are sometimes useful, sometimes not. A psychic should be ready to use them or discard them, depending on the situation. Accept deep reality for what it is - don't depend on categories and fixed perceptions.

And what is reality? We project our own realities upon the fabric of the universe. If we collect all the labels a person uses, then that is what makes up that person's reality. The things and perceptions that don't fit - well, we make them fit so we feel safe and shielded from the unknown.

The paranormal psychic compares one person's reality to another person's reality, and looks for the things that slip through the cracks. This inner drive to see through to the essence of things can lead a psychic to truly knowing oneself.

It's easy to start: just observe how you see yourself, other people, and the world around you. Observe the actions and behavior of others, and do your best to guess and understand how they see the world. Do this many times, and you will see 'collective reality' which we call normal. Then, the difference between 'normal' and 'paranormal' will start to make sense to you.

LEFT BRAIN vs RIGHT BRAIN

More than a century, we’ve known the brain’s two sides serve different functions. Accidents, strokes, and tumors in the left hemisphere generally impair activities of the rational, verbal, nonintuitive mind, such as reading, writing, speaking, arithmetic reasoning, and understanding. Similar lesions in right hemisphere seldom have such dramatic effects.

By 1960 the left hemisphere (or “left brain”) was well accepted as the dominant or major hemisphere, and its quieter companion as the subordinate or minor hemisphere. The left hemisphere is rather like the moon’s facing side—the one easiest to observe and study. It talks to us. The other side is there, of course, but hidden.

When surgeons first separated the brain’s hemispheres as a treatment for severe epilepsy, they effectively created a small population of what have been called the most fascinating people on earth—split-brain people who are literally of two minds. The peculiar nature of our visual wiring enables researchers to send information to either the patients’s left or right brain by having the patient stare at a spot and then flashing a stimulus to the right or left of it. (They could do this with you, too, but in your intact brain the telltale hemisphere that received the information would instantly call the news to its partner across the valley. Split-brain surgery severs the phone cables—the corpus collosum—across the valley.) Finally, the researchers quiz each hemisphere separately.

In an early experiment, psychologist Michael Gazzaniga asked split-brain patients to stare at a dot as he flashed HE•ART. Thus HE appeared in their left visual field (which transmits to the right brain) and ART in the right field (which transmits to the left brain). When he then asked them what they had seen, the patients said they saw ART and so were startled when their left hands (controlled by the right brain) pointed to HE. Given an opportunity to express itself, each hemisphere reported only what it had seen. The left hand intuitively knew what it could not verbally report.

Brain Exercise Boosts Your Psychic Intuition

What is the brain exercise that can increase your intuitive power?  The answer is: Drawing !

How can drawing increase your psychic intuition ? First, let's understand this from the point of how drawing functions as a brain exercise.

Drawing is a whole skill that makes up of a group of component skills, namely, the skills of perception of:

1. Edges
2. Spaces
3. Relationships
4. Lights and shadows
5. Whole, or gestalt

These perceptual skills become integrated into a whole skill that determines your ability to draw. Once you learn the principles of these skills, you can learn to draw relatively quickly.

In the process of learning to draw, your brain goes through a complex chain of brain exercise to learn how to control the way it handles information. The benefit of learning to draw is to link to other activities and the possibility of seeing things differently by tapping into your right-brain.

Understanding How Left-Brain and Right-Brain Work

Now, let's go a step further to explain what is right-brain and left-brain.

The right-brain relies on nonverbal cues to process perceptions. It's good at tasks that require the ability to see similarities, to make connections, to understand how parts fit together as a whole, and to perceive overall patterns instantaneously. It is capable of drawing insights that come from non-linear, multi-dimensional mode of brain exercise.

On the other hand, the left side of the brain excels at verbal, analytical, rational and logical tasks. It's the dominant buddy of the right-brain, taking over most of the brain's normal activities, especially when you are at serious work. It is the master of planning and systematic works. It has a penchant for using words to describe and define, figuring things out step by step, drawing conclusions based on facts and logic, and thinking in a linear way.
